Welcome to PRESTIGE COSMETICS.
The following terms and conditions, along with site policies such as the Privacy Policy and other customer service policies, apply to all orders for goods placed with Prestige Cosmetics (including its authorised distributors) ("we", "us") by a customer ("you", "your") through the website www.prestigecosmetics.com.au ("the website").
These website terms and conditions, are in addition to the Prestige Cosmetics' standard terms and conditions of sale (which can be located by clicking here).
Please take the time to read the following terms and conditions applicable to the use and enjoyment of the website.
By placing an order through the website, you agree to be bound by the conditions as applicable at the date of your order. To place an order please follow the links at the website.
Orders can only be placed with PRESTIGE COSMETICS by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of 18.
By placing an order you are offering to purchase goods. Your offer is subject to acceptance by us. No agreement for the sale of the goods is formed until we notify you in writing (which includes by email to the email address specified by you) that your order has been accepted. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at our earliest possible convenience. We reserve the right to refuse an offer for any reason.
Once your order has been accepted it can not be altered or cancelled without our express agreement. If we agree to alter or cancel your order, you must pay any costs, loss or damage incurred by us in relation to the cancellation.
Prices and other product information posted on the website is subject to change from time to time without notice. The prices of goods ordered by you will be the price quoted on the website at the time you place your order. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any tariffs, duties or other taxes (if any). By placing an order, you agree to pay, and authorise us to debit from your account/ nominated credit card, an amount equal to any tariffs, taxes, duties or other charges relating to your order.
We are under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received (and clear funds are confirmed).
Accordingly title in the goods remains with us until full payment is received. In the case of payment by cheque, this would mean payment is not received until the clearing of funds represented by the cheque. Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods leave our warehouse. We do not, and are not responsible for, insuring the goods.
In the event of the requested goods being unavailable we may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.
Our website may refer to other websites from time to time but we make no representations as to the accuracy of the material therein, and are not responsible for the content and conduct of these websites.
These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time. Each order or transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions in force upon the date of that transaction.
All content on this site, including text, icons, graphics, etc are the property of PRESTIGE COSMETICS and are protected by Australian and International Copyright law. No part or portion of this site may be copied, sold or used in any manner for any commercial purpose without written consent.
All purchases are subject to the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia. By using this site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums.
If there is any uncertainty with the terms and conditions above, please contact us before the completion of any purchase.
Products will be delivered to the delivery address you nominate when placing your order, but orders placed through the website (www.prestigecosmetics.com.au) will only be delivered within Australia.
Australia wide: Orders over $50 will be exempt of delivery charge (standard postage only)
Option1: Express Postage at a charge of $9.95 p&h (Next working day to most locations as dictated
by Australia Post). Please note that this will be charged regardless of order value
Option 2: Standard postage at a charge of $5 p&h. For orders over $50, no delivery fee will be
charged. We cannot track these deliveries.
All orders received will be processed on the next working day.
Express Post deliveries are typically received within 5 working days
The Shipping Fees outlined above apply to each order, to each delivery address and are not affected by the number of items ordered. For example, if you place a single order for five items to one delivery address you will be charged a single delivery charge. However if, for example, you have three items going to three different places, three delivery charges apply.
While we make every effort to deliver within the above timeframes, these timeframes are estimates only and you acknowledge that late delivery does not constitute a breach of these terms and conditions and does not allow you to cancel your order. If an order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe please contact us and we will lodge enquiries with the carrier.
We do not take out insurance in respect of the delivery of the goods which remains your sole responsibility.
Delivery Tip: It is always best to have your parcel delivered to an address where someone will be available to receive it. If you are having your goods shipped to your work, please remember to include Business Name and Department or Level.
You will be responsible for any additional costs incurred by us if we determine that your order is not deliverable to your nominated delivery address due to: (a) the address being invalid; (b) a lack of reasonable access to the address; or (c) you do not collect the goods after being notified that they have been kept by our chosen carrier for you. You agree to pay any such costs, and irrevocably authorise us to deduct/charge your nominated credit card for these amounts.
You may return new, unopened and unused items sold and fulfilled by Prestige Cosmetics within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
“New, unopened and unused” means the item has no scratches, marks, blemishes or damage in anyway and there are no signs of wear or use of the item. It also means the packaging or the clear plastic wrapping has not been torn or removed; and the item has not been altered in any way.
We cannot accept a return of any used or opened items, however nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit any applicable statutory warranty.
Return shipping and handling fees are the your responsibility and you agree to pay, and authorise us to charge to your nominated credit card, any such fees. We regret that we do not refund shipping costs with the return. Exchange for a different item is not offered.
To return a product please complete the Return Form (click here to download Return Form). You must attach proof of your purchase to the Return Form.

We will issue you a full refund to your nominated credit card for the price of any item that you return in new open and unused condition, provided that your return is received within 7 days of the date of receipt.
After the 7 days of receipt, refunds will be issued in the form of an online store credit to your account (subject to the terms and conditions above). The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash but can be exchanged for another product within 7 days.
It can take up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account, or to issue an online store credit. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return please contact customer service.
Important Note: For privacy and security reasons we do not store credit card information - you must include this information on the Returns form to receive your refund
Prestige Cosmetics are available in retail stores in Australia and in New Zealand. The online returns and exchange policy above applies only to products purchased directly online from the website. All purchases made from a retail store need to be returned to that store.
Every effort has been made to ensure the product colours shown on the website are as close as possible to actual colours, however please be aware that some computer screens may show slight variations.
Occasionally a product may be unavailable, and unfortunately we do not have a backorder system. If you email us we will be happy to contact you via email when it is back in stock.
